Tennis training
- 3 h of daily training
- 3 individual hours per week per player
- 2 h with coach per day – 2 players maximum with coach
- 2 hours saturday match play
- Technical support provided by Head Coach
- Trainings with elite coaches
- Regular trainings with top sparing partners
- Regular matches

- Ability to purchase individual 1 on 1 trainings
Fitness training
- 5 h of fitness per week – individual or small group training
- 2 Maximal heart rate tests per year – (only for annual program)
- Special team weekend trainings and activities (mountains, bicycle, swimming etc.)

- Ability to purchase individual 1 on 1 training
