Tennis training
- 3 h of daily training
- 2 hours with coach per day – 2 players with coach
- Technical support provided by Head/Elite Coach
- Optional: individual coaching lesson 1 on 1 trainings
Fitness training
- 1 h daily training – Group training
- Yoga 1x per week
- Optional: individual coaching lesson 1 on 1 trainings
Physiotherapy-medical
- 2 time a week massage
- Optional: (Sauna, Whirlpool, Swimming pool etc.)
Tournaments
- Tournament schedule (only for program 40 weeks)
- Adapted training plan
- Communication with players while tournaments
