ATP/WTA tennis program
For almost 20 years we have been combining legacy excellence with unique modern training methods transforming aspiring players into world class athletes, helping our students achieve their full potential on and off court.
ATP&WTA training program is specifically designed for high-performance players competing on the Top level to provide the support and professional-level coaching.
What is included on program ATP/WTA
Tennis training
3 h of daily training
3 individual hours per week per player
2 hours with coach per day – 2 players with coach
regular matches
video analysis

Fitness training
5 h of fitness per week
special team weekend trainings and activities
Physiotherapy-medical
2 time a week massage, sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool etc.
2 medical tests per year

TYPICAL DAY ATP/WTA TENNIS PROGRAM
BREAKFAST*
08:00 – 09:00
A varied and balanced breakfast served in the cafeteria (on site).

WARM-UP
09:30 – 10:00
Mobility, light cardio and stretching exercises
MORNING TENNIS
10:00 – 12:00
Tennis training and physical preparation in groups of 4 players maximum per court
LUNCH AND RELAX
12:00 – 14:00
Balanced and varied buffet served in the cafeteria (on site)
TENNIS + FITNESS
14:00 – 17:00
Second training session of the day.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND TEAM SPORTS
17:00 – 18:00
Mental, tactical, padel, racquet sports…
FREE TIME
18:00 – 19:00
