This program is recommended for professional ITF, ATP and WTA players and also junior players intended to become professionals.


Tennis training
- 15-18 h of tennis a week – (3 h of daily training from Mon to Fri)
- 3 hours of training 1 on 1 players
- 12-15 hours of training 1 on 2 players and sparings
- 2 hours saturday match play
- Technical support provided by Head Coach
- Trainings with elite coaches
- Regular trainings with top sparing partners
- Regular matches
- Video analysis
- (only for program 40 weeks)
- Regular consultation coach/player
- Regular communication with parents
- Ability to purchase individual 1 on 1 trainings
Fitness training
- 5 h of conditioning per week – individual or small group training
- 4 fitness tests per year (only for program 40 weeks)
- 30 min for daily dynamic warmup and stretching
- 2 Maximal heart rate tests per year – (only for program 40 weeks)
- Special team weekend trainings and activities (mountains, bicycle, swimming etc.)
- Conditioning plan while tournaments
- Ability to purchase individual 1 on 1 training
Physiotherapy-medical
- Regeneration (Sauna, Whirlpool, Swimming pool etc.) – unlimited
- 2 time a week massage
- 2 medical tests per year (only for program above 24 weeks)
Help and assistance if injured/ communications with doctors


Tournaments
- Tournament schedule (only for program 40 weeks)
- Adapted training plan
- Registration, support and systematic monitoring
- Assistance with visas administrations
