Camp INTENSIVE

This camp is recommended for all players including juniors playing international tournaments.

ITS Intensive Program was developed to improve all tennis skills and abilities focusing on sparring, matches and conditioning.

Recommended level of the player: medium – profi   

Program contents

  • 16 h of tennis a week – (3 h of daily training from Mon to Fri)
  • 2 training sessions every day
  • 1 hours with coach per day in group (2 – 4 players per coach)
  • 1 h saturday free play
  • 5 h of conditioning per week – Group training
  • 30 min for daily warmup and stretching
  • 1 fitness test
  • Regeneration (Sauna, Whirlpool, Swimmingpool etc.) – unlimited
  • 1 time a week massage

Camp INTENSIVE PRO

This program is recomended for players of high or medium level, as well as for talanted junior players that is able to cope with high intensity training.

The programm was developed to improve all tennis skills and abilities and satisfy the needs of any player.

Recommended level of the player: high – profi

  • 16 h of tennis a week – (3 h of daily training from Mon to Fri)
  • 2 training sessions every day
  • 2 hours with coach per day in group (2 – 4 players per coach)
  • 1 h saturday free play
  • Trainings with elite coaches

  • 30 min for daily dynamic warmup and stretching
  • 1 fitness test

Camp PROFI

This program is recommended for professional players and also junior players intended to become professionals.

The program was developed to improve technique and tactics and to prepare the player for the contests while sparring with the coach present.

Recommended level of the player: high – profi

 

Program contents

  • 17 h of tennis a week –  (3 h of daily training from Mon to Sat)
  • 3 hours of training 1 on 1 players
  • 7 hours of training 1 on 2 players
  • 5 hours of match situations
  • 2 hours saturday match play
  • Trainings with elite coaches
  • Training with top sparing partners
  • Video analysis at the beginning of training
  • 5 h of conditioning per week – small group training
  • 30 min for daily dynamic warmup and stretching
  • 1 fitness test
  • Regeneration (Sauna, Whirlpool, Swimmingpool etc.) – unlimited
  • 2 time a week massage
  • 2 times a week medical examination before training – HRV
